First Lego League Competition

On Saturday, May 6 and Sunday, May 7, two SMS Teams participated in the First Lego League Tournament at Carol Morgan School. Lego League involves finding solutions to real-life problems; furthermore, teams design, build and program a robot which then competes on a table-top “playing field”.

We are so proud of both our teams! The SMS “Argonauts” and “Legimals” prepared all school year for this competition, and as result the Argonauts won the Judges Award.

This event was an incredible learning experience for our students and coaches; all worked very hard to achieve their goals! Well done all!
