Recommendations before evaluations.

It is not necessary to study before the evaluation.

Exams usually generate anxiety in children.

If you are anxious you will transmit this to your child. Motivate them!

Don’t generate great expectations with your child.

The results will be better if their visit to the school is done in a natural and simple manner.

A good night’s sleep and breakfast are important.

Important consideration

Students from other districts

All those students past 6th grade coming from a different district than ours, which is No. 15-03, must pass by their corresponding district in order to certify their grades. If they are from out of town, they must pass by the district or regional office that rules said town or city.

Students from abroad

For those students that come from abroad, the final report card must comply with the following:

  • If they come from a school where classes are given in a language different from the Spanish language, these grades must be translated and legalized by the Dominican Consulate located in place of precedence.
  • These legalized grades must be taken to the Validation Department of the Education Ministry (Ministerio de Educación MINERD) in the Dominican Republic.
  • The legal document emitted by the Education Ministry (MINERD) plus a copy of the original grades must be deposited in St. Michael’s School.
