SPIRIT WEEK 2017

Dear SMS Community,

Spirit Week 2017 is around the corner! It is a fun filled activity where St. Michael’s School comes together as a community, running from Monday April 3 to Friday, April 7. Our high school students will be playing soccer in a grade versus grade format; there will also be a game for teachers/parents vs. students to play on Friday, April 7 (the sign-up sheet will be in the administrative reception). Students will have assigned places to sit during the games, which begin at 1:10 pm sharp each day.

Students anxiously wait and prepare for this activity all year! For this reason, and in order to have another successful Spirit Week, we need to ask for your support with the fine points set forth below:

Seating Arrangements

In order to accommodate the parents, we have designated the 2^nd Floor Auditorium as your exclusive area to enjoy the games in air conditioned comfort. We ask that parents use this area only so our students can enjoy the games in the outdoors.

Due to emergency evacuation plan requirements, we cannot have chairs placed in the halls near the stairways. We ask that this area be kept clear at all times.

Guest Attendance

Spirit Week is an activity for the SMS community only. While we appreciate the support and enthusiasm from all, we have a finite space for spectators. Please know that only parents, grandparents, siblings, and SMS alumni are invited. We ask for your understanding regarding this matter.
